Privacy Policy

This site is a description of a program under development. It is deliberately built to collect as little as possible, and at present it collects no personal information from visitors through any form.

01What this site collects

Nothing that you type. The contact form on the home page is a demonstration: it is not connected to any server, inbox, or database, and submitting it displays a message and discards what you entered. Nothing is transmitted or stored.

If that changes, this policy will be updated before the form goes live, and this section will say exactly where submissions go.

02What your browser shares automatically

Like any website, this one is delivered by a hosting provider that records ordinary server activity. That typically includes your IP address, the pages requested, timestamps, and your browser and operating system. These records exist to deliver the site, keep it available, and investigate abuse. They are not used to build a profile of you and are not combined with anything else.

03Third parties that see a request

Typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests those files from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, which makes your IP address and general request information visible to Google. That is the only third party involved in serving this site.

There is no analytics, no advertising network, no tracking pixel, no session recording, and no social media embed on this site.

04Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no local storage for tracking. Because nothing is tracked, there is no consent banner to click through.

05If you contact us directly

If you email us, we receive whatever you choose to put in that message, and we keep it for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to meet ordinary business record-keeping obligations. We use it to reply to you. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

06Email updates

The home page includes a checkbox to join an email list. That list is not active yet and no addresses are being collected. When it is active, it will be opt-in, every message will carry a working unsubscribe link and a physical mailing address, and unsubscribing will be honoured promptly, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act.

07Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information a business holds about you, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out request. Because this site sets no cookies and runs no tracking, there is in practice nothing for the signal to switch off.

To make a request, or to ask what we hold, write to the address in section 10. We will not treat you differently for asking.

08Children

This site is aimed at insurance and long-term care professionals. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

09Security and retention

No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. Because the site collects nothing through forms, there is no store of visitor data to breach. Correspondence sent to us by email is held in ordinary business email systems.

10Changes and how to reach us

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
