Disclosures & Licensing

Last updated 22 August 2026

Quattro Insurance is a managing general agency in formation. This page states plainly what that means, so that nothing on the rest of the site is mistaken for an offer of insurance.

01Status of the program

The program described on this site is under development. Coverage is not currently bound in any jurisdiction, no policy is currently being issued, and the limits and terms shown elsewhere on this site are illustrative planning targets subject to underwriting review and to confirmation of carrier and reinsurance capacity.

02Licensing

[LICENSING STATEMENT REQUIRED — see the note at the foot of this page.] This section must state the licensed entity’s legal name, the states in which it holds a producer or managing general agent licence, and the licence numbers for each, before this site is made public.

Insurance is regulated state by state. You can independently verify any producer or agency licence through the insurance department of the relevant state, or through the National Association of Insurance Commissioners.

03No offer or solicitation

Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an application for, insurance in any jurisdiction where the entity is not licensed to transact that business, or where such an offer or solicitation would otherwise be unlawful. Descriptions of coverage are summaries only, and the terms of any policy actually issued would govern.

04The insurer

Insurance, if and when it becomes available under this program, would be underwritten by an admitted or surplus lines insurer identified at the time of quotation. No insurer is named on this site because no carrier relationship is bound. A managing general agency is not itself the insurer.

05Illustrative and synthetic data

Any facility figures, examples, or comparisons shown on this site are illustrative and synthetic. They do not represent the experience, results, or statistics of any actual client, and no client names or testimonials appear anywhere on this site.

06Ongoing review

Where the site describes reviewing a facility’s operating data after a policy is bound, that review is used for early warning to the operator and to inform renewal underwriting. It is not used to change price or terms during a policy period.

07Accessibility

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. If you encounter a barrier using this site, please tell us at [GENERAL EMAIL] and we will work to fix it and to provide the information you need in another format.

Blocking — do not publish without this

Section 02 is the one item on this site that cannot be finished without a factual answer. State insurance regulators treat “soliciting” broadly, and a public website reaches every state at once, so the licensing position needs to be settled and stated before the site is live to the public.

If the entity is not yet licensed anywhere, the safest posture is to say so here explicitly, and to have the rest of the site inform rather than invite applications. That is a question for insurance regulatory counsel, not a drafting choice.
